What are the minimum requirements for using 123Doc?

For best results, you will need a modern browser, ideally the latest verion of Firefox, Chrome, Opera, or Internet Explorer. You can use either a Mac (OSX), a PC (Windows), or a Linux operating system. You will need JavaScript turned on, and you will also need Java installed to use the eLectures.

Where can I get Java?

Java is probably already installed on your computer, but if not, you can get it from java.com.

Is 123Doc mobile-compatible?

Yes, the 123Doc website is compatible with the latest generation of iPhone, Blackberry and Android touchscreen smartphones, and also tablet devices such as the iPad and Samsung Galaxy.
