foudation programe2010 new english requirement

i submitted the application for foundation programe 2010.i also submitted the deans letter but it wasnt mentioned in that letter that the mode of study in our college is english.i mean i felt its obvious then why 2 mention it.and now they have rejected my application on this basis despite of the fact that all other documents are complete and they also said that they will not reconsider my application for 2010 foundation program.that means that i will have to apply for 2011 FP and that is 2 year far from now while i am eligible. i am v confused.can anybody help m,e plz
any suggestion from ur side regarding my problem are welcomed
